Q Vision LASIK Center was established in 1996 at the inception of the laser vision correction era. Q Vision is led by Dr. Tariq Qamar, a highly distinguished eye surgeon who is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. Dr. Qamar earned a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Kansas and a Doctor of Medicine Degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine. Following his graduation from these institutions, Dr. Qamar received further medical training at the Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Phoenix and completed his residency in ophthalmology at the University of Missouri — Columbia. During medical school, he was twice awarded the School of Medicine Academic Scholarship and was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Along with the rest of the team at Q Vision, Dr. Qamar has performed thousands of successful LASIK surgeries.
